I’m an international student from various cultural backgrounds. I recently applied for Anthropology at USD, Undeclared at LMU and International Service at American University.
I unfortunately didn’t have the chance to visit any of the campuses, and have never even been to Washington DC or San Diego. I’m having a really tough time deciding - I’ve been dreaming of attending school in California since I was a little girl, but SIS seems like a great opportunity…
Can any of you fully describe the three schools in terms of ranking, campus life, city life, academics ect… The tuition is not a problem, but I’m looking for a college with a great atmosphere academically and socially, with a real “American Campus Experience”. A place with open people… I’m also considering to transfer to USC or UCLA if I attend school in the west coast, as LMU and USD aren’t highly ranked, and if I don’t feel comfortable at AU, I will probably transfer too…
Anyways, whatever comments, opinions or experiences you have with these schools feel free to share them!
