How helpful will Boys State be for college apps? I became a state assemblyman at Boys State NJ. I am more of a stem student and hope to apply for engineering. However, I also realize that this program is more humanities focused.
It’s an honor and it might be one point (of many, I hope) to show your leadership abilities and it never hurts to show your breadth. Also hope you enjoyed your one week experience beyond the “usefulness” of college applications.
