USNCO Finalist/Semifinalist/or Qualifier?

<p>What is the correct designation for one who has reached the USNCO (national) exam. But not one who has made it to study camp...</p>

<p>I have seen people call themselves finalists (which I would assume is reserved for top 20 at study camp), semifinalists, and qualifiers. Is there an official answer?</p>
