UT-Arlington: Low match/Match
TCU: Match

Aren’t you automatically in because of your rank?

Yea if your from Texas your automatically accepted if your top 25% . And your gpa and your act score are pretty uneven.

what do you mean by tcu being a match?

it means they’re going to light you on fire if you apply there

You do realize you have automatic admissions to every school in Texas besides Rice.

You have a pretty good chance at UTA. I’m not sure about TCU-they’re really competitive as a private university compared to UTA, but I’d put you in between

If op is a high match for TCU, them there’s practically NO way to not be a high match for UTA

*I live near both schools, and have friends who attend UTA

Why not try UT Austin as well? Ut Arlington is your safety.

Austin is too far from the family that i have in Dallas. and I dont have automatic admissions because i do not go to a high school in texas.

what about UT Dallas?

UT Arlington straight up blows, honestly.

What about UT Denton? You should try TCU-it’s in ft. Worth-close enough to Dallas depending on where you are/go.

UT Denton? Hehe. I assume you mean UNT or TWU.
You’ll get in every public college in Texas, and TCU will likely accept you.

Yeah, there’s better options for someone with your stats

Idk why I always say UT, Yea I meant UNT, thanks

what is the average class size at UNT? because i need a classroom of 50 or less. 100 is fine for like 1 or 2 classes.

Between 20-50 students I believe, may be a bit more though depending on the class.

Can you chance me for TCU using the same credentials I said for this post earlier?

Everything’s fine. The only thing I’m a bit worried about it the ACT score being 23. I’m not sure what TCU’s requirements are as far as that goes(it may be 24/25).

You still have a pretty good chance of getting in especially being 4th in your class that a 1 point difference won’t mean much.
