<p>Well based on USNews and Public Accounting Report, UT Austin is #1 on both rankings. However, UIUC is right behind UT. So either school you go to for accounting, you're coming out a winner. Not to mention, both schools have one of the highest CPA passing rates in the country. As for finance, both are ranked in the top 10 on the USNews.</p>
<p>Theyre both fantastic, and it won't matter which you went to unless you're looking to work in the particular state each is in. Go for where you'd fit best.</p>
<p>TUOwls2011 is correct. They both rank in the top 12 in USNW's undergraduate business school ranking--and the schools were ranked #1 and #2 in accounting.</p>
<p>Correction--University of Illinois is ranked 13th, not 12th (I believe Texas is ranked 6th or 7th).</p>
