<p>Okay, i've got into both uva and wm as a transfer. currently im a freshman at psu univeristy park. there's no doubt about transferring, but i have no idea which one to choose. let me tell y'all a bit about me and you guys please help me pick the right school! i appreciate it! </p>

<p>hs: didnt go to tj, i went to oakton </p>

<p>major: classics (latin and greek)while taking premed reqs </p>

<p>current gpa at psu: 3.88 </p>

<p>which one, uva or wm, is better if i want to go to a med school after college? give me some pros and cons of each school please.</p>

<p>Wahoo, a transfer from last year, said that McIntire applicants weren't notified until the second wave. So my best advice to you is to relax. It'll probably come next week if I had to guess. Can you get into McIntire with only 44 credits? Does that number not include this semesters credits?</p>

<p>At the very least, you are in at WM, so there really isn't that much pressure.</p>

<p>Of course, I'm being very hypocritical, since I've been accepted to other schools, but am still very nervous/anxious about UVA, since I want to go to UVA more than I want to attend these other schools (although I'll be happy to attend them also... just not as happy).</p>

<p>Thanks Toph for your reply. these 44 credits are not included in this spring semester ( I am taking 14 credits right now), so Mr Roberts said they would foucs exclusively on my college classes. I will also get an assoiate degree before attending my future college...</p>

<p>Ok, so I am glad to find a forum of people that are as insane as I am about getting into UVa. I am dying waiting for the letter to arrive!! For those who HAVE been accepted, what do your statistics look like? Atleast this MIGHT give me some clue on whether or not I am going to get in...although every circumstance is different.</p>

<p>Thanks, Yeah my college grades are good, and my activities are awesome, plus I am about to graduate from Tidewater Community College. My highschool grades are pretty lame but I don't think they will REALLY take into account those as much because I have so many college credits. I just can't wait any longer. agh</p>
