Im a business student at a non-target school looking to transfer I currently have a 3.67 gpa trending upward (3.3,3.46,3.8,4.0) mostly in major classes, with little to no easy classes . I interested in doing a double major or major/ minor in accounting and finance. I have won the regional new York state business competition. I am also apart of the law society at my school as well as the economics competition team. I am actively involved with the community but the numerous originations I volunteer for I have done around 1500 hours of community service. Other hooks include divorced parents with a extreme scenario that had occurred and resulted in my lower grades for my first two semesters. I also caddy for many high executives at JP Morgan, Goldman , ect.I would greatly appreciate someone handicapping my odds at the following schools.

Fairfield University
Univ. of Virginia (McIntire) Extreme reach but i caddy for the ex vp of admissions
Univ. of Richmond (Robins)
Georgetown Univ. (McDonough)
Northeastern (D’Amore-McKim)
William and Mary (Mason)
Boston Univ.
Ohio State (Fisher)

Any other suggested schools would be great.As well as the best match school. Money has been factored for all these schools so it is not an issue.

Richmond is going to be hard because they receive most of their applicants for the business school. It’s tough to get into. They barely except any transfer students.

what would you say it is a reach or? Btw i have 10/10 essay due to my life situation

I mean it’s a high reach, like it’s a hard school for anyone at any time, but especially with transfers. What semester are you applying for fall or spring? If you work hard enough you have a chance. I just think some of the other schools on your list will be easier.

fall junior year, do you have any suggestions I’ve been admitted to bentley,fordham, fairfield,binghamton and babson…and what would you say my shot is at the other schools

Awesome essays, and not really. The other ones I’m familiar with are William and Mary and UVA.

UVA and William and Mary are only harder than Richmond ?
