Does anyone know how many students are selected for the banner program each year? Or what your level of need has to be to be considered for it?

I can’t say anything because I’m not too sure, but from other CC discussions it seems that mostly people with an EFC of 0 get selected for the BANNER program
I was one of the students to be selected for the BANNER program. You have to be out of state and in need of A LOT of financial need. My EFC is 0 although I got offered a full ride scholarship from another source so I did not accept it.
