<p>Hey, I was browsing through the UHS website looking through the health forms and read about SHIP health insurance. I don't have health insurance in Madison, and SHIP seems pretty expensive so if you've tried it/know about it please let me know what you think and if it's worth the price.
Also just to make sure, there aren't any specific immunization requirements, correct? And all the health forms to be completed online are on the UHS website..?</p>
<p>I have my own private insurance with a high deductible. I have two kids in college and each have an insurance card. I pay for the first 5800 so when they go to the school Doctors I pay the bill, but its still cheaper then paying the university rates. I had to buy insurance when my daughter went to Europe her junior year.</p>
