I will be attending the University of Wisconsin next year and I plan to study business. I was wondering if there were any teachers or classes people recommended. I am not into the business school and it is fairly competitive so I really want to have a high GPA.
When you come (in August) for Summer Orientation and Registration (SOAR) the advisors will help choose the right classes for you as a pre-business student.

Take the required and recommended core classes. Choose electives to meet breadth requirements that sound interesting. Remember a college education is not just getting good grades and a degree for a job it is an education. Indulge your whimsy and explore subjects you won’t otherwise find time for in life. Include arts, music and literature for yourself.
