UWorld Percentages to Actual SAT Scores

Hi,

So I’m getting on average 82% on the math section for the SAT on UWorld. Does this mean that I will get approx. 82% of the questions correct on the SAT in the math section or is there some kind of score calculation I’m missing?

85%* not 82% (not that it really makes a difference)

My son got 1480 (720 in EBRW and 760 in Math) on his first SAT.
He practiced with UWorld for a while and was getting 70-80% with around 65% few times.
He eventually scored 1570 (780 in EBRW and 790 in Math).

So the 70-80% translates to around a 1480?

No, 1480 => UWorld 70-80% => 1570.
But when I asked if the UWorld helped him at all, he said he just got luck on the 1570.
So I don’t really know.
