sat scores?

Your number of clubs is out of control. I think you’ve spread yourself too thin.

Anyways as a general rule you should be in at least the top 15% of your class and and have scores of at least 2100/31. If you’re outside of these ranges, you don’t have much of a shot. The higher the better.

i took the sats today i should find out my results soon. wish me luck

Good luck sir

hmm. have you taken the most difficult course load you could? you should also focus on just a select few extracurriculars instead of a ton. also make sure the ones you focus on are ones you have leadership positions in, have done for a while, and/or are very passionate about.

Oh dear. Your ECs are out of control!! Focus on the ones you TRULY love and develop leadership within them. And aim for a 2100+ SAT and 32+ ACT. Best of Luck!

Sadly, I think it is a bit of reach so far for 2 reasons.

1) 2 AP classes will look like you are not taking a very hard schedule. Schedule strength is a large part of college admissions these days, and 2 just may not be enough unless they are like the only ones your school offers.
2) From your ECs, it doesn’t look like you hold any leadership positions because of your large amount of clubs in general. Vandy also likes to see that their applicants are just in clubs, but making a LARGE impact by being a part of those clubs (Usually in a leadership position).

A strong ACT/SAT score could help a lot though, especially for Early. GOOD LUCK
