Hi everyone! I applied to Michigan- Dearborn (accepted), Michigan- Ann Arbor (accepted), Michigan State (accepted)… can you sense I’m from Michigan? lol and also St. Mary’s of ND (accepted) and then University of Rochester and Notre Dame. I really want to go to Vandy for education because I want to open my own school and Vanderbilt is awesome for education. :D

I applied to Vanderbilt EDII , 3.0 gpa 2210 SAT score. I know I don’t have a good chance but I definitely have a shot! I too cannot wait to hear back :D

I had my Vandy interview today. It was pretty laid back and enjoyable.

@0Eous0: I visited the Blair School of Music and talked with the band director, and he said that when the admissions people get music supplements they don’t look at them and send it to him, and he says he doesn’t usually look at them either. If you want to go into music, he says they really look at your audition. I’m assuming this is the same for any type of arts supplement.

Hey guys! I applied RD, but I know Vandy’s my top choice. It’s just a matter of money. I also applied to Yale, Stanford, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins. Already accepted to U of Oklahoma, U of Tulsa, Oklahoma City University and William Jewell College.

@Calexico: I had mine yesterday too, with a similar experience. Only took 15-20 minutes and the lady was basically super excited because no one in our area ever really goes there, and was just telling me how much she loved the school.

I have my interview Sunday! :)

I had my interview this weekend… my alumni interviewer was SO enthusiastic about the school. THAT’s why I like Vandy so much- the fact that the students are so happy to be there. The interview went really well and we had a lot in common and Vandy is now one of my top choices :)

good luck to everyone!

Applications went up 15% this year! Ugh …
