<p>Hello everyone, I am a senior deciding between Vassar and Brandeis and I have visited both and like them equally! I plan on majoring in econ so I am particularly interested in comparisons of both school's departments. I like Brandeis' location more but at the same time I feel that Vassar is more prestigious. Please help me, I have to decide by May 1st!</p>
<p>Hi Spock. In my opinion, it’s really about where you would be happiest. Have you done an overnight at either one? They are both great schools but if you feel more connected to Brandeis’ location, then that might be your answer. I know you only have a few days, see if you can connect with some Econ majors at both schools and see what they love or any drawbacks of each school. Prestige alone shouldn’t be the deciding factor. <p>I love the Vassar campus; Brandeis is about the ugliest I could imagine 
To me, campus aesthetics are vitally important, so I would pick Vassar. +, it’s solely a liberal arts college which I prefer.
But you see, this is highly individual.
Choose whichever school you think you would be happiest at!</p>
