<p>i have tried to save them ... also tried to print them to PDF through PRIMOPDF and both did not work...</p>

<p>The files are encrypted and they have to be "authorized" on your computer. Sorry, I think you're out of luck. Since these publications are also available in print, perhaps you can try your library.</p>
