I live in Massachusetts and attended a decent, but not top-tier high school (we send about 2 kids a year to the Ivies). I have taken predominantly AP and Honors level courses. My only 2 Cs were in 10th and 11th grade French (I'm not majoring in a language). I will graduate with 6.5 years of history, 4 of which are were AP classes. I will also have 4+ years of everything but French, which I took 3 years of. I am looking to do a double major in Finance and History, with a minor in economics and mathematics (it only counts as one). I am taking a rigorous Senior year course load. Will I get into... (also comment on the chances of acceptance to any of these schools' Honors programs)?

You’ve got a very reasonable list of schools right now. Congratulations on that! I think you have solid chances at many of these schools. Visit as many as you can - both to show interest and to find out what they are like. Union, for example, is very, very different from UM CP.
Apply early to state schools that are out-of-state for you. These days, some have to balance the higher income from OOSers with quotas , and good candidates can get locked out.
