My counselor has already submitted my letters of recommendation, transcripts, etc., but hard copies of recommendations, rather than the official CommonApp teacher evaluations were submitted because the guidance office already had them on file. The letters of recommendation for my top-choice school (a CommonApp school) are optional, but will the fact that I did not send out the CommonApp teacher evaluation forms lower my chances of getting admitted?

It shouldn’t be a problem, especially if they are optional. If the school is missing the form, they will let you know. Don’t worry!

Dont worry about it at all. Firstly it was optional & secondly if a university is missing a piece of material that is vital for admissions they will inform you and in this case since it is common app your college counsellor.
