<p>Is there anywhere in the Boston area that I can get a veterinary internship that doesn't cost a lot or is free? I'm only finishing up my junior year, but I want to study preveterinary med in college, so I think it would really be helpful.</p>
<p>Either that or somewhere I can volunteer to help animals that still has open spots.</p>
<p>Take a look at the website for Angell Memorial Hospital in Boston; they seemed to have a bunch of listings when I looked yesterday. They were great in treating one of our pets. Also, just try regular vets’ offices…In addition, a lot of animal shelters might be able to use your help, they have been swamped, because so many people have had to give up their pets due to the economy. Angell Mem also is affiliated with the MSPCA.</p>
