<p>Hey I was wondering if anybody had tips for video essays? Been hearing that they're getting more popular and I want to include one in my applications.</p>
<p>Above all, be brief. It’s possible to speed-read or skim through text, but video comes with a specific time cost.</p>
<p>I’m applying to a bunch of schools which don’t explicitly ask for video essays, but I’m going to submit a video anyway because I read that it greatly improves your chances of getting in and it’s not a ton of work. </p>
