I was ecstatic when I saw yesterday that I was accepted into Stanford. However, I can’t see my financial aid package even after making a SUNet ID and logging into Axess. After logging into Axess, I only have a “STARS” tab and don’t have a “student” tab. Nothing on the Axess homepage seems like it would be able to show me my financial aid. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone accepted from RD been able to view their Stanford financial aid? Thanks!
My Axess was behaving weirdly at first (wouldn’t even let me in at first), but eventually I got in and my “Student” tab was right there… maybe try a different browser? I had to switch from Chrome to Safari to get in successfully.
Thanks for the info! I also wasn’t able to log in at first but that just changed with time. Unfortunately switching browsers didn’t work for me. Has anyone else been able to view their aid?
@stanfordprospie You should definitely be able to see your aid. There were several posts about this yesterday in the 2020 Applicant Discussion thread, including one about unblocking popups, which seems to have worked for people:

Good luck!
I’ve tried unblocking pop-ups and switching browsers and neither have worked so far.
@Planner thanks for the help! I’ve been following that thread but it seems that no one has the same problem as me.
@ASJU9511 same here. Do you have a student tab in axess or can you even log on?
@stanfordprospie I logged in, I just don’t have a student tab.
@ASJU9511 seems like we have the exact same issue.
I’ve been struggling and frustrated since Friday to view the FA letter without success. But I can see it now after disabling several layers of pop-up ad blocker. The key here is several layers. I need to disable ad blocker on every page along the way, from the login page.
The letter has been there all along since the admission decision was announced. I can see it now. It is about 2X of the net price calculator estimation, but less than 1/2 of JHU. Very happy!
Clarification: The family contribution portion is about 2X of the net price calculator estimation, but less than 1/2 of JHU. based on the same income data.
I got it fixed as well @SteinerR
@ASJU9511 What did you do to fix it?
@banana777 I disabled adblock and tried a couple different browsers.
That’s strange. I’ve been trying different computers and different browsers but I’m still not seeing my student tab.
