@soren99, sorry, I didn’t tie in my comment. What that means is that you should submit your quarter grades if you are applying EA/ED.
I’m actually in the middle of my gap year right now. I graduated from high school last year and I’m doing the application process during my year off. So even though my transcript has all of my senior year grades, even the second semester, should I still submit my grades?
Your guidance department sends the first quarter grades. In our HS, each student has to fill out a request for each school they want to send the grades to. Then guidance sends the grades through naviance. Each high school works differently depending on which system they use.
@soren99 then your school just submits your whole transcript, which has all of your grades.
So what happens if your school doesn’t offer official quarter grades and your semester doesn’t end until January?
@MNgurl101 I would think you need to speak to your guidance Dept. and they can contact admissions. It may be possible to use an academic progress report if you are applying ED or EA. But, there is no way of knowing what the college will accept in order to evaluate your application.
Hi! I applied ED for nursing with Legacy, 1240 SAT, 3.9 GPA, NHS, leadership, work, volunteer, sports, and faith with my app. What do you think my chances of admission are? Also, when it says “By December 15” does that mean ON December 15? Thank you
Usually it means dec 15th
Hi brirenn1007,
Thanks for posting this and other post regarding Temple. My second child is interested in Nursing and we just visited Temple the other day and she is very excited to apply in upcoming Fall. We are in Central Bucks and wanted to see if you can email my D regarding your journey.
