Villanova vs. Holy Cross vs. St. Louis University

I was accepted to Villanova University, Holy Cross, and St. Louis University along with a few others but these three are my top three choices thus far. So far, it has been hard to compare the pros and cons of these three colleges because they have different cons. Villanova University has a small number of residence halls and underclassmen are forced to room in a double with three people. Upperclassmen are not allowed to live on-campus unless they have certain scholarships or other extracirricular activities. Majors are also difficult to change and a student must re-apply to the university in order to change a major outside of the college. (i.e. If I want to change my major from chemical engineering to chemistry I must re-apply) This could turn out to be a problem. The positive aspects of this school are that the school is very well run with an Augustinian philosophy.
The largest problem about Holy Cross is the price. The tuition and room and board add up to be around $55000. This problem is the only one that is keeping me from straight out choosing Holy Cross. It is a very good liberal arts college with Jesuit backgrounds. The campus looks much like the campus of and Ivy League school.
The problem with St. Louis University is that it is not as well-renowned as the other two schools and I worry that getting into graduate school will be more difficult. I received money from the school so finances will not be a problem.
I would very much appreciate it if you could help me compare these three colleges as I have had much difficulty in doing so. For every con there is a pro in these colleges and choosing is very difficult.

Holy Cross has the best academics of the 3. HC has great school spirit and a tremendous alumni networks-one of the best in the country.

If you can swing it financially I would pick HC in a heartbeat.
