Hey guys I was wondering if you could give me some input on my college decision. I've narrowed down my choices to these 3 schools. I've come up with some pros and cons for each, but there's still not one that stands out as the best pick. I'm planning on majoring in communications in each of the schools.

NYU:

Pros - Great comm. program. Would probably allow me to get some very good jobs in the future through connections in NYC. Also the internships sound really cool, as some people have interned at places like MTV, NBC, Disney, etc.

Cons - No campus, place to relax and just hang out. The classes are more theory based then practice based, and I'm not sure how much I'd like that as I prefer hands on learning to lectures and essays. No good sports teams/school spirit. Also tuition is very expensive.

American:

Pros - I've been offered a $27,000 scholarship and a spot in American's honor program. Their comm. program is also supposed to be one of the best in the country. Not as good as NYU's, but still good. Washington DC could also provide many good job opportunities and internships. It also has a legit campus and decent sports.

Cons - Not as good a school as the other two. It's much lower ranked. DC could provide me access to political jobs but not as many jobs in the media. Emphasis on politics/activism, which I'm not particularly interested in.

Nova:

Pros - Awesome sports team/school spirit. Would provide a more liberal arts education, allowing for backups in case I change my mind about what I want to do. Really nice campus. It's close to Philadelphia, which could also provide some good opportunities. They have a great alumni network for after I graduate. It's also a more traditional college experience then the other two.

Cons - Comm program is nowhere near American's and NYU's. It's an Augustinian school, so there's a religious emphasis, and I'm not very religious. It's nicknamed Villanofun, but people have told me that's not necessarily true.

The May 1st decision deadline is coming up soon, so if you guys could just give me some feedback that'd be great.
