I am also a legacy, my sister is currently there. Will that help at all?
Legacy status will help if they are “on the line” with you. It does not give you a boost over better qualified candidates normally. I would recommend sending only SAT as your ACT is low in perspective.

Wrong. A 27 ACT is equivalent to a 1290 SAT (his current SAT is a 1250).
