<p>HI,
I'm looking for a male undergraduate to replace my contract for 2011-2012 school year (Sept -Sept)
The rate is $723/month (utilities included).
It's a beautiful housing that is next to the UCI Campus and UCI's recreation center. </p>
<p>I am going to live with my parents but I have signed the contract already. So I earnestly need a male graduate to replace my lease. </p>
<p>Please contact <a href="mailto:mvong@uci.edu">mvong@uci.edu</a> if you are interested in.....
Thanks a lot</p>
<p>"Legally, I understand it is our obligation to mitigate damages. If a replacement
can be found to take over your lease, I will be able to approve the cancellation
request with an early termination fee of $400. If the first payment becomes due,
which is August 1, 2011, and a replacement has not yet been found, you will be held
responsible for making your first payment installment. You will be responsible to
make all payments associated with the lease that was signed until a suitable
replacement is found and signs a lease with VdC Norte…If you would like to assist in finding a suitable replacement, you are welcome to do
so, and this may substantially expedite the process of approving your cancellation
request. If you wish to do so, please keep in mind that a suitable replacement
would be an undergraduate male student that will attend UC Irvine with no less than
12 units per quarter for the 2011-12 academic year. He also must not already be in
our system (i.e. he cannot be anyone on our current wait list, or anyone currently
living on our property).
"
Once you sign the contract, you are legally bind to the terms of the contract… it was my fault not to think rationally before making such a risky move to sign the contract… hope someone who wishes to live in Norte next year can replace me…</p>
<p>Ouch. Somehow a person that was supposed to live in Camino with me managed to get out her lease, and this was almost right before school started…
Post on facebook marketplace if you haven’t already or later in spring start posting up fliers around campus
Good luck!</p>
