Voice Faculty

I read that prospective students are supposed to request to be in a particular faculty member's studio. Accordingly, I am going to try to sign my daughter up for a "sample" lesson this fall. How do we really even know which faculty member to ask for for such a lesson? Could she get a lesson from all three voice faculty members listed on the web? I can't imagine how else she would know who's studio she would want to be in...

Try asking your question in the music major section: [Music Major - College Confidential](Music Major - College Confidential Forums)

They are very helpful.

You could also try contacting them and have your D discuss her skills/area of desired learning. They could help you make a decision as well.

Good luck!

For VP majors the only professors taking new students right now are Stephen King and Suzanne Mentzer. Just contact them. Kathy Kaun is retiring.
