<p>I've only been playing about 6 months, and i'm 16. I'm nervous about not making it because most kids my age are good and have played high school. I want to play in college, but eh, that probably won't be happening.</p>

<p>Go the the gym. Squat.</p>
<p>Squatting will help your vertical which will help you increase your chances of hitting the ball.</p>
<p>Pratice doesn't make perfect.</p>
<p>Perfect pratice makes perfect.</p>
<p>So go out and pratice.</p>
