VT CS chances?

I want to go to VT for comp sci, but it’s in the college of engineering and I heard that’s kind of competitive
my stats:
ACT: 27
Unweighted GPA: 3.87
Weighted GPA: 4.2
APs so far: (currently junior)
AP Government (5)
AP Computer Principles
AP Psychology
AP Language and composition
AP Physics
and next year I plan on taking AP Comp Sci, AP Statistics, and AP Research
ECs: Swim team , Cross Country team, Water polo (team captain), Student Government, NHS

Also I’m out of state, I heard that helps but im not sure.
