You need to choose, and let one of these places know that you won’t be coming. If you haven’t decided yet, my vote is for UB so that you don’t have as much debt. You are an international student, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a job here to pay any loans off. You need to be able to get a job in your own country after you graduate.
