VT vs UIUC vs UF

My d got accepted undecided Engineering in VT (5 K grant), UIUC mechanical OOS fees no scholarships and UF Mechanical Eng instate tuition scholarships paid mostly…now finding hard to decide. Just saw VT thread. Any insights appreciated with respect to internship, job opportunities after undergrad and research possibilities. My d is thinking to switch to engineering that gears towards Artificial Intelligence and research in prosthetics

Hard to pass up full ride scholarship - I saw article UF wanting to get into AI … VT has an ECE major.

Thank you so much @cbl1 . We saw UF Engineering is building state of art lab for prosthetics. It’s impressive. VT is hard to pass. UIUC Mechanical covers lots of Robotics courses and my d can take minor computer science or ECE.
