Currently committed to Cornell ILR, but was just admitted off the waitlist to Penn CAS. Interested in politics and economic policy. Considering the Politics, Philosophy and Economics major or a Political Science major with a minor in economic policy at Penn. Which program has the better alumni/Recruiting in the field of politics? Which program would be better preparation for law school? What is the grade inflation/deflation reputation of each program? If I don’t decide to go to law school, which school would open up more job opportunities in terms of consulting/other work? Cornell would be cheaper for me, but the submatriculation programs at Penn would end up saving me money if I go that route. What do you all think? Thanks in advance.
Two great options. Congrats! Please let us know what you decide.
