<p>My daughter got into Oberlin a few years back off the waitlist with an attractive merit and financial aid package. It isn’t over until it’s over. But Bryn Mawr is a wonderful school, so whatever happens, it sounds like you’ll be fine.</p>
<p>it doesn’t matter that Bryn Mawr has a high acceptance rate! They are the smallest of the Seven Sisters (1300) and the pool of applicants tends to be “self-selecting.” If you look at avg sat scores, the range is much wider than comparable schools–there’s much overlap on the higher end. </p>
