I early actioned to Fordham University Rose Hill Campus and got deferred to Regular Decision. In order to enhance my application, I sent an email to the guy in charge of admissions for my region with a supplemental essay and an extra teacher recommendation. I also sent a sincere email about why I wanted to attend Fordham. Now I just got news that I got waitlisted. I am heartbroken. I have an 83.6 gpa and an 1880 SAT score which isn't the highest I know. I also had a lot of extra curriculars and I attend a prestigious high school with strong academic rigor which Fordham said they take in account. Fordham was my top choice and remains to be my top choice. Does anyone have any advice to offer me ?? Should I just give up all hope?
