Waitlisted, Now What?

<p>Hi there everyone,</p>

<p>I am a California student and my dream school has always been UCSB. When I was offered a spot on the wait list, I immediately opted in but I am at at loss when it comes to what to do next. I read online that is might possibly be helpful to send an email to school but I am not too sure. </p>

<p>So my question is are there any steps I should take or do I just wait for decisions to come out in May? </p>

<p>You have the opportunity to send an update of your grades and any wonderful things you have done since you applied or just reasons why you are very interested in UCSB. If you would definitely go there if they accept you, it doesn’t hurt to say so, either. </p>
