Congratulations! NCSU is better-known for STEM, so Wake seems like a better choice. (I’m also thinking that if you qualify for Park at NCSU, you likely qualify for other scholarships there, being in-state - but if it came to that, I’d pick UNC-CH over NCSU for international relations, unless UNC-CH is unaffordable.)
