Wake Forest or Boston College for IB Track

So I've been accepted to Wake Forest and Boston College's undergraduate Carroll School of Management Honors Program, and I was wondering which college would be better for a major in business/finance.

These are not target schools for finance.

If you work, you’ll be able to break into IB out of either of these schools, it shouldn’t be an issue.

I’ll be attending Wake Forest next year and am also interested in IB. The Calloway School of Business has great finance and accounting programs, both with great connections.

I have an internship set up at an IB firm for the summer already, so I’m just wondering which school would provide a better education.

From my knowledge BC is considered a semi-target. Not sure about WF.

It seems like BC is at least on some firms’ radar. Not sure about Wake.

IB NYC = BC

IB/Banking Atlanta or Charlotte = WF

WF also known for very loyal alumni, not sure re BC

I was just accepted to NYU Stern. How does Stern stack up against BC?

Congrats! Stern should have better recruiting because of its proximity to many financial institutions. The academics themselves will probably be similar. If you will be miserable at NYU, you will do better at BC. Don’t just base your college choice on this one factor.
