The reality is that it all depends how good you are. Coaches recruit for track both domestically and internationally. The better your times/marks are, the more coaches will want to get you admitted. If you are an average athlete your options will be limited until you get your grades up.
Try very hard to get your GPA up to a 3.0 and start preparing for the SAT/ACT tests. It all boils down to your times and if they meet the criteria of college coaches. If your times are good, a minimum 3.0 will really help.
And you will have a minimum SAT/ACT to qualify for NCAA. The lower your gpa, the higher your SAT has to be for D1. For D2, you need an ACT of 16 or an SAT of, I think, about 950.
Also, the NCAA will recalculate the gpa to core classes only. You have a lot of low grades in those core classes, and things like track and basketball won’t be included to improve your gpa. You need to work on the core subjects of math, science, history, English.
You need to meet with your high school’s academic counselor to talk about your progress towards your high school’s graduation requirements. It looks like you are retaking Biology now as a junior. Will you have enough science classes to graduate?
