<p>I'm currently a sophomore but this is what I plan on having by my senior year:</p>

<p>Ethnicity: I'm half African-American, half white. But to most people that's just black.</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 3.7-3.8 Weighted: 5.0-5.3</p>

<p>APs: World History, Psychology, Language, Statistics, US History, Literature, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, European History, and Calculus (idk whether AB or BC yet)</p>

<p>SATs plan on getting around 700s for all three sections</p>

<p>ECs:</p>

<p>Really big on theatre, have already had and will have big roles. Got 2 Superiors (highest ranking) at Individual Events Districts, competing at States. And more awards like those to come seeing as I'm only a sophomore.</p>

<p>Clubs:</p>

<p>Key Club: 9,10
Beta Club: 11,12
Drama/Thespians: 9,10,11,12 (will have leadership positions in 11&12)
National Honor Society: 11,12
Mu Alpha Theta: 11,12 (planing on competing in competitions)</p>

<p>Going to have around 100 hours of community service.</p>

<p>Schools that I'm for sure applying to are University of Miami, University of Florida, and Florida State University. Wondering if I have a chance at a few Ivies (Dartmouth, Cornell, Princeton)??</p>

<p>(Also, do you have to take the SAT IIs to get into Ivies?)</p>

<p>well it depends on your test scores/essays for the ivies.
you’re looking good for the schools you listed. you should also apply to some “almost” ivy schools like UChicago, WashU, etc. </p>

<p>You’re looking good. It looks like you have a strong GPA and you’re taking some tough classes.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, there’s not much more I can say, because you’re a little young. You’ll have a much clearer picture after taking the SAT and more time in your clubs and classes.</p>

<p>to make an accurate chance we need to know your test scores. your gpa is good to match with theirs but that is about all i can say. btw how the hell do i have a 5.0-5.3? do u mean 4.0-4.3?</p>

<p>No I meant 5, AP courses add a good amount of wieght to your GPA</p>

<p>If you keep up your good work you should have a reasonable chance at any of those schools. And yes, you do have to take the SAT II’s for the ivies. I’m not sure how many though. Good Luck!
