Was part of the film Across the Universe filmed on campus?

This is the trailer

36 seconds into the trailer you can see the Duke Chapel in the background.

It does look awfully like West campus...time to check out wikipedia...

Edit: After a cursory search, I was unable to find anything that says it was filmed at Duke. However, I thought the movie said something about Ivy Leagues and specifically Princeton? Since Duke's west campus architecture was somewhat inspired by Princeton, it could conceivably seem like it was filmed at Duke when it might actually have been filmed in Princeton. But that's just my speculation...

Yeah, I read on some page on princeton's website that there was a few days of filming on their campus for Across the Universe last fall.

OMG! Duke chapel or not (I think Duke & Princeton's chapels were built by the same architect..), I am going to see this movie!

Definitely not Duke. Buildings look very similar, but the layout isn't the same. I've only been on Princeton's campus for about 20 minutes in my life, but from what I remember we definitely borrowed/stole a lot of their architecture. I remember reading that when West Campus was being built, an advisory committee went to a lot of the top schools to study their architecture. Princeton and University of Chicago were the two schools that were the biggest influence. The chief architect Julian F. Abele had these schools in mind when he designed the campus.
