You can still report posts. You click on the flag and it opens a pop-up where you write why you flagged the post. Perhaps you don’t have pop-ups enabled?
Try to report the post, mom. You can report this post if you like. You get the error when you try to send that you don’t have permission.
Yeah, romani–I just tried to report your post (on the grounds that your dog is too cute for my eyes to handle). I got the same error message.

On a side note, I am ill and my dog just got here about an hour ago. I told her to make me feel better and she promptly pushed me down on the bed and sat on my chest.
Dogs are smarter than people- she knows I should be sleeping 
The flag to report problem posts is NOT working. And there have been some pretty unsavory posts today that I tried to report (new members insulting posters). I hope this gets fixed ASAP.
