Hey, I just had a question about WebAdvisor. After sending in my app, etc. the email said it would send my WebAdvisor info and ID in a few weeks. But I never got it...

Do I email them in order to obtain this information? Or do I call...?
Just a tad worried now lol.

Personally, I would call. The admissions office probably gets so many e-mails that they may not get back to you very quickly. I wouldn't be too worried though. If something was missing they would have called you by now, but it's always nice to be able to check your status online yourself.

With regards to the Web Advisor, has anyone else gotten "Decision Complete"? If so, what does it imply? (I am braced for bad news)
Thanks!

i'm pretty sure that is bad news, otherwise it would say "admission approved" did you apply regular decision or early decision? because i applied regular and my status still says "file complete, decision pending"

I don't think you can say for sure if it's good or bad news. I think that if it tells you that you're accepted on webadvisor it would say if you're rejected as well. But that's just me. I never saw my status go to "decision complete" so I can't say. Good luck to you! And I guess I would just keep checking and see if it changes.

Now that i finally got my webadvisor info, I logged in. And I had a question about one of the links.

Under Admission Information it says:
Admission Status
Program Evaluation (Complete)

What does it mean by program evaluation? Do I have to fill it out? Even if my decision is pending?

Just curious.

I don't think you have to do anything with Program Evaluation. I didn't. Especially since it says complete. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you're concerned try calling the admissions office.

Thanks the input, guys. I applied EA for film production, so here's hoping "Decision Complete" means good news!

"Decision Complete means that some sort of decision was made. We've got lots of different decisions up here (as you can tell by reading the site). In fact, I can think of 8 just off the top of my head. That WebAdvisor status is used for multiple decisions so I'm not sure what one was reached."

-From the Chapman admissions blog

Has anyone figured out what "Decision Complete" means for sure? I have the similar reading and am very nervous. Thanks!

After reading the above post, I feel like Chapman just writes that as their "nice" way of saying "Rejected." It seems they'll tell you if you're accepted online but not rejected.

Plenty of students have reported their "decision complete" status and have subsequently been admitted. Some have been "rejected" as well. It simply means exactly what it says. Decision complete. You WILL be notified.

Thank you, that makes me feel better. I still have a feeling I did not get in... but I guess I'll just wait it out. Thanks for the info!

Letter came today... rejected.

Very sorry, soah187. I hope that you have some other great choices and good luck to you.

Thank you, still keeping my head high! Good luck to you and your child!
