weight of admission factors for med sch

if i go to a slightly easier undergrad and get better grades than going to a more challenging undergrad and get worse grades when the biology/premed is well known there, which school increases my chances of getting in med sch if i hold every other factor constant?

ARE GRADES A BIGGER FACTOR of admission to grad sch? would you say less ecs/volunteering? How would one rank the priorities of these factors: grades, essays, mcat, ecs/volunteering, work experience, family legacy.
