Weird Grading Scale

Hi, so my school has an extremely weird grading scale and it has had a great effect on my GPA. I have gotten mostly A- and A (both in honors and “regular” classes) and I converted my GPA to the standard grading scale where a Bis a 100, and an A-
is a 90-92 and a B is an 83-86 (listed on college board and one that various schools in my area use), and I ended up having a 0.3 difference in the one I had at my school and the standard one. How will this effect my chance of admission to the colleges that I want to apply to? Will college admissions actually take the time to convert my grades?

Grading Scale:
A: 96-100 (4.0)
A-: 93-95 (3.67)
B+: 91-92 (3.33)
B: 87-90 (3.0)
B-: 85-86 (2.67)
C+: 83-84 (2.33)
C: 79-82 (2.0)
C-: 77-78 (1.67)
D+: 75-76 (1.33)
D: 72-74 (1.0)
D-: 70-71 (0.67)
F: 69 and below (0.0)

Nothing is weird in your school grading scale. Your GC will send the school profile and grading scale to colleges. Your thread title is weird though.
