Weird Traits You Find Attractive

in short you like the characters of a true gentleman. good thing i say. most girls these days dont care about them. they are just really into that bad-ass character. at least in this part of the world. and it frustrates me like hell. at least you helped me pump up my spirits…thanks.:D

@studiousmaximus you think the girl will choose you just becoz you have a latin name??!! you humor me.

i like the “guy next door type” haha
and its nice if he likes to study a lot xD

I’m a sucker for button-down shirts… So classy, yet so casual and such a turn-on.
a guy who plays lacrosse (there’s just something about lax guys…), has a hint of cockiness, like what somebody else already said, a gentleman of course, but that’s pretty normal…

well, that’s all I can think of for now, but I’ll probably think of more later.

Definitely either British or country girl voices, not white trash with a 6 pack country but a more refined South Carolinian drawl, and i like natural looking girls, hot girls, i mean they look good and all but i’d take the T-Mobile girl over any Victorias Secret model anyday. lol

by the way, twigs ftw. :)

I’m with @mandypandy on body type and good huggers.

I’m also big on intelligence and I like when a guy is really passionate about a hobby and/or current events issue etc.

And I love a well-dressed guy especially when they have their own style and are comfortable with it.

As someone said before, he MUST be a gentleman. I hate how nowadays most of the guys try to be “bad boys” and are a tad too cocky and try to fuel a huge ego. Have some respect! Know how to handle delicate situations by not being so ■■■■■■■■ and using your noggin more. But he should still be confident and not too much of a push-over/super sensitive. It is a GINORMOUS turnoff for him to be dumb. If he’s not intelligent, then he’s not the one.

A guy should be funny, yet mature, and kind, caring, considerate, honest, blah blah blah. He should have his own style, clean and mostly organized (please, do us a favor and shower daily, wear deodorant, and change your clothes every day. You do not have any idea how I’ve suffered because the kid next to me in class stinks like hell, maybe worse). Plus, he should be kinda tall and have a muscular/athletic build, all nice and toned. Not too wimpy or hulk-like/fat, anything in between is fine. And he should not be boring. Acquire some social skills, join a club or two, or five. Get a life. Be awesome.

@wtpiginger, “weird traits,” not the usual things people want.

@qtpiginger: I totally agree with you! So many guys at my school are way too full of themselves (ahem…the majority of the football team). The worst part is, a lot of girls at my school fall for the “bad boys” and get treated like crap. And they don’t even care!!!

^^ And that causes many more nice boys to attempt to be bad boys so they get the chicks. I don’t get it either.

I agree with serendipitE, this thread has gotten off-topic. I’ll try to bring it back. I find it very attractive when a girl orders a steak at a restaurant. Again, I have absolutely no idea why.

I want someone who is cheap.

as horrible as it sounds, she has to be dumber and shorter than me

and outgoing

and not tanned

I really like tall guys :3
Hugs are absolutely necessary. I’m a total hugger.
Eyes that sparkle just a bit.
A nice smile.
Straight guys (:stuck_out_tongue: it’s terrible.)

Guys who use proper grammar are on the top of the list, though.

In their defense, my traits weren’t all weird, except the green shirts. But I agree let’s not be too generic

I prefer guys with longer hair. I also prefer more androgynous guys. I am attracted to several famous musicians <3

I love guys with nice forearms.
like when they write the tendons flex, and you can see the veins a bit, and they have a smattering of hair but not ape-like.
I second the driving thing- there’s nothing I love more than a guy with rolled up sleeves turning the steering wheel

Someone who can understand sarcastic humor.

Guys that use good grammar!!!
Guys who have a somewhat witty, sarcastic sense of humor.
Guys who are great with children
Can go to a musical with me and not whine about it.
As a swimmer and runner, I would love a guy that is sportive. Also, a guy that is NOT a fan of the Yankees! I’m not even kidding you when I say, I am a huge Red Sox fan to the point where if I see a guy wearing a Yankees cap, I gag a little.
A guy, who even if he offers to pay, will let me because I’m too much of a feminist.
Someone who is really open minded. I mean, I’m not saying he has to have the same opinions as I do but someone who doesn’t care if someone is LGBT, etc.
A guy who plays piano, sax, or guitar. Clich
