Well here it goes

aww man deferred? sorry man :</p>

doesnt that mean you still have a shot though?

I think Tulane is trying to focus on getting more Lousiana students, seeing as only 14 percent of Tulane's population is from LA.

In fact they guarantee admission to anyone from LA with a 28+ on the ACT, 3.5+ GPA, and like top 10% of rank.

yeah it was a bummer to see the decision on my phone during class, but i do have a second shot. I also had my lower SAT score (550 in crit reading) on their too, so i'm already starting my letter of intent and all that. I see you were applying there too but you looked like a stronger applicant. Good luck anyways, let's hope the rd applicants were weaker than ea

btw, if you guys chance me, i'd be more than happy to chance anybody back

good luck i really hope you get in

crosses fingers for weak RD applicants

yeah me too haha, btw i've never been to NO and i see you live in la. how is the city, ive only heard good things, except for some of the bad parts

well there can be some crime, especially after katrina

but the city itself is vibrant and full of life

mardi gras is amazing, bourbon street is amazing, the food is phenomenal. if you dont like crawfish, alligator, and gumbo now, spend a few days down here and you will love it

i dont live in NO..i live in the north of LA but ive been to NO several times. ive only had good experiences there. the people are nice and friendly, and the french quarters are amazingly beautiful.

im POSITIVE that you will love it :)

wow making me even sadder about tulane's decision. jkjk haha

im sure you will get in :) your stats were good enough it was probably just a hectic day.. remember deferred =/= rejected

yeah but it's another couple of months of suspense lol

i know how u feel
if it wasnt for my GC id know if i was in or not right now

why what'd your GC do? mines not the greatest either
