I just got a package in the mail from carnegie mellon. it’s a giant piece of fabric with Carnegie Mellon and the scottie on it. it’s very nice. but i dont know what it is. will someone else who got this please tell me what it is???

It’s a banner (pennant) that you can put up on a wall, door, etc. It has ties on the upper corners. It also has a hollow sleeve at the top through which you can pull a rope for hanging.
