<p>I have read many good things about Women's colleges but it seems like most womens colleges are in the east. What are the best Women's colleges in the Midwest and the west. (Perhaps around Illinois and California). Thanks.</p>

<p>All the ones I can think of are Stephens College in Missouri, Mills College in Oakland, CA, and Scripps College in Claremont, CA. Here is how I would rank them:

  1. Scripps
  2. Mills
  3. Stephens</p>
