Is it possible to apply to both wharton and the the college at the same time?

Yes. The Huntsmann program.

If you get into one or the other, you can also apply at a later time for a dual degree. Keep in mind that Huntsman is a selective program with only ~45 slots.

also...the new Vagelos Life Sciences and Management Program...

wait, i dont get how you apply to wharton and the college (penn) at the same time? isnt wharton part of penn, indicating that if u apply to u, u get into the other?

what the **** are you talking about?

lax...each school in Penn, engineering, wharton, the college, and nursing, each handle their own admissions. If you're admitted into one you cannot freely major in another or declare a major in another.

Penn Admissions handles all "admissions" for all schools.

However, your point is still valid in that once admitted, you can't just freely change.
