Rely on the emails
The email or decision on the portal will all appear at the same time; there are no adjustments for time zones. So if it’s at night where you live, then you need to stay up, or wait until the next day. Delivery of acceptance packages will depend upon transit time to your country/time clearing customs/internal transit time in your country, so it will usually be received later than US applicants, although they are all sent together.
