what are my chance for NYU stern through ED???

Hi guys, as the the seniors in my school start to get offers from colleges i began to worry about my future.
My family moved from China 3 years ago when i was a freshman (I'm now a junior). With only 3 years of English learning experience, I'm still level 4 in the ESL program ( out of 5 levels, but the ESL tests are really basic). i didnt really get a chance to learn english when i was in china since i was only there till 6th grade, and then we moved to japan.
My high school is a competitive public school, every year we have over 30 students get into top 20 colleges.
My weighted GPA is about 3.9 and unweighted at about 3.4-3.5
SAT is 2240 math:780 reading: 740 writing 720 (thinking about taking it again, or maybe not)
ACT 31 (first time) and im taking it again this Sat.
i didnt take any honors or ap class in my freshman year, because i was a level 2 ESL student at that time. ( i got mostly As in freshman year, but a B in gym due to not knowing the rules of some sports)
in my second year here, i took honors alg2, honors geo, and honors chem ( i had straight As in that year)
My junior year is what really brings me down, i had unwisely chosen to fill my schedule with almost all AP classes including physB, chem, marco, psych, apush, lit and stats. all these classes that im not really capable of due to the hard really texts and the in class timed writes. I started to have Bs and Cs in my transcript :(( right now im really trying hard to bring my gpa up, but it wont change much.
my senior schedule is AP phys C, CALC AB, american lit, AP art history, gov, business laws.
I only have taken the ap chinese exam, and got a 5 on that one. and i have 5 ap exams coming up in may, i wish to all get above 4. and i will be taking the japanese ap exam this year too, since i lived there since middle school.
I am a first generation college student in my family.
I'm currently in 3 clubs in my school including Key club
Iam a member of NHS
I had a total volunteering hour of 80 last year for key club, i also volunteer for the public liberty and the chinese Christian church as an assistant chinese language teacher.
Over the summer, i volunteered for the Chinese National Women's foundation for about 3 weeks staying in the rural countryside of china to provide educational needs for the kids, i was an assistant english teacher.

this is all i have so far, can you chance my for NYU, all the UCs, U of Michigan and boston college please? also can you give me some suggestions on what i should do in the summer and my senior sems to really add color to my application.

im a U.S green card holder with chinese citizenship, and i DO NOT need financial aid in college.

thank you so much!

oh and i forgot to mention that i have taken 3 SATII USH, CHEM, and PHYS, i got 770, 800 and 780

Your gpa is a little bit below the average of NYU, but your SAT and ACT are good. No need to take SAT again, just make sure you study for your AP tests. Try to get all above 4 to be a national ap scholar.

THANK YOU! is there anything i can do to improve that?

You are golden for NYU Stern.

if i apply ED would that raise my chance of getting in??
